Bulgaria: Lawyer vs estate agent:

Hello everyone, I'm currently looking at buying in Bulgaria in the New Year, in particular the vratsa or veliko tornovo area. I'm looking to connect with people who have done this before and can recommend a lawyer as opposed to an estate agents which are plentiful. After speaking to numberous Bulgarian nationals they have all encouraged me to find a UK lawyer as opposed to a Bulgarian lawyer. I'm back visiting Bulgaria, looking to buy in February 2017 so ANY information would be most appreciated! Thank you Christine
