Venezuela: Move to Venezuela?:

I am 41 years old currently living in Texas, born and raised. I may be going to work for a company that has a Venezuelan branch of operations. My wife and I have been talking about moving out of the U.S. for several years. We have a 5 year old son and 7 year old daughter. To those of you who know more about this than myself, can you please give me some pros vs cons of moving my family to Venezuela. I would be doing field work so could live just about anywhere I wanted in the country. As far as that goes, I guess I wouldn't necessarily have to live in Venezuela in particular.
