Howdy, you might also check on DUOLINGO on line. Free course, and quite good. Only drawback is you need internet....not much in the jungle.

The easiest way is to join a radio club,give them copies of your licenses, and for ten bucks plus the club fees, almost within a week you will have your license...HC6RO/KT7B
