Uganda: Thinking of shifting to Uganda with HEMOPHILIC son - please advise:
Hi!
I am evaluating an offer near to Kampala. I seek guidance with respect to (this is all I could think of at this point in time):
1. how's the education system in Uganda?
2. healthcare services? this is particularly important in view of 6 below
3. living conditions? Is family secure there?
4. how many UGX would take care of expenses of a family of four - like good school, food, conveyance, etc.
5. tax rates in Uganda?
6. last but not the least, my son is hemophilic (factor IX deficient)? Are these Anti- hemophilic factors available there?
Thanks in advance.
