Morocco: Home and contents insurance:

I've recently bought a riad in the Marrakech souk and am struggling to find home and contents insurance, including public liability. I can't find any UK insurer that will quote. Does anyone know a reliable provider in Morocco, preferably with an office in Marrakech. Thanks. Teresa

Hi Carmel I can recommend the notary I used to buy my house in Marrakech earlier this year. The English lady I bought it from then used him to transfer the money to her bank in England and was also happy with his service. His name is Maitre Reda Bouleman. His English is perfect, as is his French, and he is very efficient. His office is in Marrakech, but he was very available to me in London by phone or email so I'm sure he'll be happy to do business with Agadir.
