Costa Rica: Place to park my quad?:

Hi everyone, new to the forum :) I travel to Costa Rica quite often and will probably be there 4-6 months out of the year in 2017. I'd like to get a quad or motorcycle and store it near the airport in San Jose or Alejuela preferably. Does anyone have space to accommodate one of these? I would pay $600 for the year. I don't need a place to stay, just semi secure area I can park while I'm in the states. As I said, preferably near the airport, but I'm open to anything on the west coast as well. North or south. Pura vida!
