I REALLY MESSED up this time spent al.l cash then got my wallet stolen now I stranded in a country that I don't speak the language of family is all dead no one to call where can you get something to eat I haven't in 3 days

I DON'T even remember how I got in this situation, stupid is my biggest guest but here I am 2 days before Christmas and I been here 8 months lost my wallet money and no place to stay and no blood pressure medication ......I need some advice bad,,,WHERE CAN I GO TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT I HAVE NOT DONE THAT IN 3 DAYS I don't speak Spanish believe or not i'm hurting
