Austria: Move teenagers back to Europe:

Our situation is a little complicated. I am German, my husband is Austrian, we have two kids 11 and 14 and all of us lived in the US (Boise, ID) on a green card the last 10 years. For oru kids, this is home. My husband and I would like to move back to Austria within the next 2 years. Our kids will be 13 and 16 (about) by then. They do speak German but not as well as English. Does anybody have experience with moving teenagers? Thanks! Frauke
