Ukraine: Help to place a job ad urgently needed!:

Hi Folks and and Happy Xmas and New Year to all. If anyone can help I need to place some adverts for IT positions but not sure which paper or websites are best or cheapest. .Also I do not speak Ukrainian or Russian so if anyone can help me just translate and then place the ad I would be soooo happy.
