Bermuda: Likelihood of partner getting job:

Hi all, I am a female physiotherapist from the UK currently going through the very lengthy HR process of being accepted to work for the Bermudan Government. My partner is going to be living in Bermuda with me, and would obviously want to be working while out there. What is the likelyhood of him finding work while we are on the island? He is currently Head of Learning and Development for a London based company, and will have a permit to work based on my work permit (if I have done my research correctly!) Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)
