Bulgaria: Thoughts on moving to Vidin area:

Hi everyone. My husband and I are in the dreaming stage just now ... we haven't planned anything yet nor done any research but we really fancy living off grid in a forest in Bulgaria. We are thinking somewhere near Vidin. Any advice would be welcome.
