Antigua it is a great place, very safe, good schools, it can be expensive

Total safe, I'm leave in San Pedro for 12 years without any incident, be friendly with locals, they are very respectfully people, have a good time

Try Santa Rosa de lima, depto. Santa Rosa nice little town food is cheaper same as land, nice whether, locals very friendly, only 90 minutes from Guatemala city.
