Norway: Moving from lebanon to norway:

I was writing topics before...i amm asking for help over here..i am lebanese with a norwegian/lebanese girl who lives in stavanger with her fam over 24 years..i am confused and lost..have 5 years relation and gover of norway making things hard to move there.lebanon isnt better as norway benefits is better in norway but lebanon is good but no one in my age as young man afford buying a 200000$ house with a rent payment over 40years for 700$ a month..i prefer to live in cold and ice..can someone help me how to go there and find my way to there?

I heard about living in norway...it happend to be that all new movers will face difficult time to adapt and live .however anyone who know lebanon...yes i am lebanese we are good and hard worker..facing a hard time living here..i meann how possible could be bad living in norway? Somee says its the same or bad..prefering lebanon..this is confusing thing..my girlfriend lives in norway and we are searching for a way to move to her...norwaygian gover...making it so diff for arabic countries...since i am lebanese well they wonna make it hard not to go there..i mean why? My love of life is there .how can i go? My struggle is for 5 years and thanks god she is still with me.hanging on..hope someone can enlight me..thank you
