Morocco: Starting kindergarten in Rabat:

I am a professor with two Moroccan-born sons, one who will be 5 in a few week and one who is 2. I need to enroll my older son in kindergarten for the fall. He is autistic and has an IEP. He is mainstreamed in the US and is thriving academically with shared support in a classroom. I have Moroccan friends who keep telling me that there are "plenty of private kindergartens" in Rabat but don't give me much else to go on as I look into this now. He is bilingual in English and Arabic. He could adapt to an English-French school but probably would struggle in a French-only school. Could anyone offer help or leads? Thank you.
