Ireland: co-investing in Ireland:

So I am interested in hearing from anyone whose primary engagement in Ireland is via investments. In particular, I'm contemplating the idea of forming a real estate investment business with a couple, the husband of whom is Irish. Just wondering if anyone else pursued a similar idea, generally, and what your experience has been. Thanks much. Ken
