Panama: Panama More Expensive Than I thought!:

Am I missing something? I've been searching properties in Panama City and Coronado, and...I'm getting things that are priced as they would be here in America! I'm looking for a 3 bedroom with possible rental unit attached...nothing fancy. Any thoughts? Any real estate agencies I should try? Thanks!!

Hi there, I am contemplating moving to Nica but need to explore schools for my son. Are there private/international schools in Grenada and San Juan Del Sur? This would be for ages 14-18, high school. Thanks!
