Ireland: Moving in Ireland:

Hi We are currently living in France and we are planning to move in Ireland this year. My husband is a EU citizen and i am a non EU. What are the chances and possiblities of me getting a visa? .. We are both considering getting a job first, but we planned that my husband will go there first,secure a job then i'll join him after. If i have a resident card in France would be easier for me to go in Ireland? Any ideas of the living in Galway, cork or Dublin.. Cost of living.. Employment and apartment searching..?
