Belize: Veteran wanting to get away:

Belize: Fell in love with Hopkins:

My wife and I spend a week in Belize a few months back. Three days up in Corozal and four in Placencia. We rented a car and drove all over the place, we didn’t do a lot of tourist type things. We were really exploring the areas to see if and where we would be comfortable to retire. We found places we liked, some we didn’t. The place that absolutely ended at the top of our list was Hopkins village. I am very interested in hearing from people who live in or around Hopkins or have in the past. I am interested in warts and all. Anyone who would have anything to share about this area would be welcome.
