Uruguay: Programming In Uruguay:

Hi everyone, I'm Australian and looking to move to Uruguay in the next few months. I'm a software developer and had a few questions about it in Uruguay. Is it possible to find English speaking work as a software developer? I speak some Spanish but not at the level where I'd feel comfortable working in it. What would the average salary be for a software developer? and if anyone has moved over to Uruguay from an English speaking country and found work in software I'd love to hear about your experiences, and opinions on the difference in work culture.
