Colombia: BioIdentical Hormones in Medellin?:

This question is more for the ladies on this forum I suppose. I'm looking to see if anyone knows if BioIdentical Hormone Therapy (BHRT) has come to Medellin yet? I'm an older female (Hello Menopause!), and hormone replacement is an amazing thing for us ladies (actually alot of men go for Testosterone treatment as well as they get older). Just curious if anyone has experience with this in Medellin? Does anyone know of any Doctors who prescribe BioIdenticals? Estrogen/Progesterone, etc. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Colombia: Internet & Cell Phone Costs in Medellin:

I am curious to know how much people pay on average for their cell phone plans in Medellin on a monthly basis? Also, curious about the Internet access. I assume they offer "bundles" with television (I'm not really a T.V watcher much). so curious what the Internet costs are monthly....and would you say the connectivity for Internet and cell phone usage is reliable and strong networks down in Medellin? Colombia: Tax Responsibilities as Retiree in Columbia?:

I'm trying to sort out what the tax implications will be for me if I choose to retire to Medellin, Colombia in the future. I'll be very straightforward here, I am a single female planning on living on nothing more than a Social Security Income and a small savings. Will I have to pay taxes TWICE? To the Colombian Government AND here in U.S? It's my understanding there is no double taxation treaty/agreement between these two countries, so are all retirees living in Columbia paying 2 separate taxes a year? Anybody know how this works? Thank you!

Panama: BioIdentical Hormones in Panama?:

This question is directed at the more "mature" ladies on this forum. As I've reached that lovely phase of life (Menospause) I've found BioIdentical Hormones to be absolutely life changing. I'm trying to find out if there are any Doctor's/Clinics down in Panama that Provide BHRT? I'm interested in the Boquete/David area, but will travel to get them if needed. Personally, I can't see me living a quality life without them, and it's a MAJOR consideration for where I end up in Retirement. Do any of you ladies know if BHRT has made it's way down to Panama yet? Thank you in advance for any advice you can give!
