Is there any advantage to dealing with a US bank that has branches in El Salvador? So far I can see Citibank and Scotia.

When applying for temp residency, does the 60 day limit on documents apply to the date of the apostille or the date of the document? It can take 60 days just to get some of the original docs required if you live in a bogged down state in the US.
