Panama: Is there a good quality map to download for Ipad:

There are piles of free apps out there for mapping/gps for panama, but the detail is pretty sparse when you zoom in. I don't mind paying for one but I don't want to pay for it and not be able to "see" the back road from El Valle to Penenome if you get my drift. If anyone has found a decent one, I would sure appreciate the link. Thanks in advance, L-

Panama: Help me understand:

Hi Folks, I've been checking out this site for years and have found a tremendous amount of good information and insight. I've also been watching the real estate market for the same amount of time and it seems that there is an awful lot for sale with the same places being on the market for years. Is there that many people wanting to move on and having difficulty selling or is it my imagination. As a potential property purchaser, it is a little disheartening to think about buying something that I will probably be unable to sell when the time comes. I'm not looking to make a profit, then again, I would hope to not take a bath on it either. I'm watching about 5 different real estate sites. Am I missing something or totally reading the market wrong. Thanks in advance, Hasta
