Hey, I lived in St. Maarten for 4 months and most of the houses were without hot water., a first for me. For the first few months we boiled water about 3 times a day just for rinsing off after showers and washing dishes. After that, we invested in a hot water heater to hook up directly to the shower head. Not sure if you have that option where you are. I feel like a coffee machine doesn't produce the type amount of water that we needed.
