Belize: Cats:

I understand that cat food (dry, wet) and litter is available, but I am wondering where one might purchase these items if locating to Cayo district. Also any ideas of prices would be helpful! I am considering getting a book on homemade cat food, depending on the pros and cons of belizean cat food. Any advice/experience is greatly appreciated!

Belize: guinea pigs as pets:

I would think for small animals like Guinea pigs, a letter from your vet confirming their good health would be sufficient. Although, I'm sure there will still be fees for transport, etc.
