Panama: Santiago or David:

Santiago is not so great, however it is getting better. It is a good go to city, if you need groceries, building supplies etc. , but I don't think would be a very interesting place to live in. We have a coco farm a little over an hour south en Mariato. I love the rugged outdoor beauty of that area. Just depends on what you are looking for. We also have a house up from David closer to Boquete. David has everything and is close to Boquete and the playa. David is also one of the hottest cities in Central America. If you like that area I would suggest moving closer to Boquete where you have natural air condition.
