Jamaica: moving to jamaica:

Need advice! I am currently living in the DR. bayahibe, small village on carribean side; I currently rent not looking to buy. The town I live in has everything I need within very short walking distance. Markets, pharmacy, colmados (small food markets) banks etc; and the beach is at most a 10 minute walk plus I can hop on a guagua and be in the next village's beach in less than 15 minutes. So there is no need for a car. Beach is most important for me not much of a bite life person. So is there a town where I can duplicate this lifestyle in Jamaica? Have always been interested in Negril area.
