Sweden: EEA family permit question:

We are an American family. My husband has dual citizenship (American/Irish). We are in the process of apply for UK EEA Family permits, but would like a backup plan. Our daughter has been accepted into an IB program in the UK, and we are now looking at one in Sweden. I would like to know the process of getting EEA Family permits in Sweden, so we may legally reside there. We will be mostly financially secure, but would ideally like to seek employment.
