Monaco: Recommend a Monaco Estate Agent who speaks English to find a flat (Nice or Monaco):

Greetings all. New to this forum, but not life abroad - American expat whose logged years in NZ, Oz, S. America, Prague, and currently in London but looking to spend a year+ in Monaco (area) including Nice, France. My request is simple and basic, but can anyone recommend a friendly and responsive English speaking estate agent that handles rental properties in Monte Carlo and/or Nice, France as I need to find a 'cost effective' studio/1BDRM flat in either MC or Nice ASAP as we're expanding our EU offices into Monaco and need a place to live 3-4 days a week before returning to London for the weekends. If you can't recommend any agents - then any solid real estate websites would be 2nd best and greatly appreciated too. Having just spent a year living in Prague, whilst overall it was an excellent experience, I ended up using "HomeSweetHome.cz" services and staff andthey did a brilliant job - but am struggling to find something similar in Monaco or Nice? We all know MC is insanely priced and we're lucky to have located a beautiful office there - so I don't necessarily have to reside in MC which is why I'm mentioning Nice or areas in between. All I require is A/C and a view of the water. The rest is just gravy to me as I work 100+ hours a week and as said, will be back in London in most weekends. But need someone who's willing to represent the tenants POV and try to negotiate things on my behalf vs. an agent who only cares about their fees and the lessor. (If that makes any sense) Just tired of ppl trying to pull a fast one or dishonest brokers. (No offense) Anyway any help, tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Merci- BB :)
