Spain: HELP! Australian wanting to move to spain:

Hi all! I am a 20 year old woman from Australia, and I am looking to move to Spain. I am a lady of several trades, I am a dance teacher, waitress and barista, also with experience in childcare. I am ready to work in any related fields. My partner is a chef so he will most likely not have much trouble finding work. Is it possible for someone who only knows basic spanish to find a job as awaitress/barista/bartender etc. ? Or am I best off doing a TEFL course? ALSO Does anyone have any advice/knowledge from experience on the visa process? I have tried looking online and it is very vague... We are looking to stay for 6 months minimum, preferably longer or permanently. Any help or advice is appreciated, thank you!
