Canada: Occupation in Express Entry:

Hi all! I am a Mech Engineer with 360 points. I am looking for SINP Nomination but mech Engr is not listed in the occupation. There is another occupation that is maintenance manager, I qualify for that as well. If I register my express entry as a mech engr and then apply to SINP as a maint manager, then will it be possible? Moreover, if I register my express entry as a maint manager, and I would be eligible for SINP, but Mech Engr is opend in Nova Scotia?? Is there any way to open both the chances? Can I change the occupation at any time in the pool ??
