Malaysia: Moving to Penang:

I am planning to move in Malaysia this year, maybe October. I had been in Malaysia and read some Penang's travel guides and tips. However, living and just visiting is completely different. I am wondering if living in Penang would be one of the best places in Malaysia. Factors to be considered are less pollution but definitely close to urbanization like wired internet, cost of living, and safety and security. I would like to know your in sights and it's very much appreciated. Thanks!
