Belize: Planning a July 2017 visit and could use some help!:

Good Night to you all! I am planning a trip to Belize, in July, both for pleasure and property seeking. I'd really like to look in the rural Cayo District and will be in the San Ignacio area between July 21-24 and then to the Toledo District the 24-26th. Because of my tight schedule, I want to start talking with realtors specific to those two areas so that they have a list of properties for me to visit when I'm there. Any assistance and guidance on whom to contact would be appreciated. I wish I had more time. I would prefer to meet locals and chat with them to find the best spots. But maybe through this page, i'll get lucky and find some contacts through you guys. Also, I want to rent a car when in San Ignacio. Is Matus car rental the only car rental in that area?
