Ireland: Moving Family to Wexford:

Hello, My wife and I and our 1 year old baby daughter are moving to County Wexford in September. I am from the U.K and am looking for general advice on the area? We do not need to be in the centre of a town and quite happy being in the countryside.... I run my own business from home so will not need to be commuting... Any nice areas to live? I am 34, my wife 29....
