New Zealand: 1 year working holiday advice:

Hi there, My partner and I are flying out in September from UK on a year working holiday visa and we were wondering if you guys could give some advice. We have a few nights booked into a hostel in Auckland but after that we have nothing set. We both have experience in hospitality work and primarily in theatre with my partner being a sound designer and myself with venue management experience. -What is the best way to get jobs when we arrive? -What is the best way to sort out accommodation in NZ? Should we organise this early on before we leave UK? -Best places to go and live/work? -Things to watch out for before or when we arrive? Thank you, I appreciate any help. :) James
