Panama: Shipping Household Goods Exclusions?:

I plan to ship some of my household goods and have a few questions. First, I have a lot of supplements, essential oils, teas and herbs. Will I have any issues bringing these in a suitcase when I fly in? Second, I also have a LOT of glass jars. 1 is a 2 gallon with a nice spigot, several 1 gallon jars and the rest are quart canning jars. I don't use these for canning. I do a lot of fermentation and it has to be glass. If I leave them behind, will I be able to find quality glass jars to replace them in David? Alternatively, can I have glass jars shipped to me from Amazon or will import rates be too high? I can pack these so they probably won't break. Just need suggestions on which way to go with the jars, herbs and supplements etc. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can give.

Uruguay: Please recommend a city:

I'm going to start learning Spanish right away. I can choose from these different types: Mexican, Iberian, or Peru. Which will be closest to the dialect spoken in Uruguay?
