Hi Everyone, We are retired Canadian citizens and wish to move to a warmer climate. Can anyone offer a simple step by step process to get the wheels in motion. I have tried to speak to the Portuguese consulate in both Ottawa and Toronto (no one returns calls or picks up) and I have emailed both and the emails bounce back (equally as strange) So we are looking for some relocate and retire 101!
