Ireland: Citizenship through foreign births registry?:

Hi, I've been reading this forum for a couple of months but this is my first time commenting. I just received my Foreign Birth Certificate today. (yay!!!) I sent my application and documentation out in early November, so it's been a little over 4 months. I'd called the embassy a few weeks ago but they couldn't tell me where it was in the process. They basically said that if I'd heard nothing, there was no problem with my application.
