The water in my small town is ok to drink and I have for years.with that said I do have a filter on my refri and only drink from there.The rest of the house I do not filter. One thing no one has brought up is if you have a tank reserve on top of your house I would not drink the water.These tanks are a breeding area for bacteria.

Yes you can bring in a New car or a used car over 30yrs old. 0 KMs is not the requirement it has to be same model year as year of entry and it can not have been registered any where else. The import tax is going to vary on what model you import.No one can give you a correct price but DIAN.

Best to get your info from expats that have or actually do own farm land in Colombia.Plenty of pros and cons.
