Hi, My wife and I are currently short listing houses to view. We will be coming over in august 2017. We are looking to buy in one of the villages around Veliko Tarnovo. Do most villages now have a brit presence? We are also struggling to get reasonably priced flights to Burgas or Varna. All suggestions will be welcomed.

Being an ex Policeman I can tell you this is a very grey area. It is a civil matter unless you can prove the person set out to commit fraud, if the deal was done outside UK then you will be unlikely to get any Police help.
