Chile: Study Abroad:

I apologize up front for posting here if it's not appropriate. My daughter is studying abroad in Santiago this semester and is having somewhat of a hard time adjusting. The program she is with isn't the most helpful so I thought I'd reach out to your group as a resource. My question is where can she connect to wi-fi in public places so she can do her schoolwork? Her host family has a connection but my daughter is looking for other places to work. She has been to the national library and GAM. At both places the wi-fi looks like it connected but she cannot search the internet in a browser; it just sits there spinning. Also, can recommend other places like cafes? Thank you. Ed
