Italy: visit italy:

We are Americans but we have apartment in Ecuador. We are coming to Italy because we are thinking of Italy or Spain as change. We have lived in Ecuador for six years. We will be in Italy in May for seven weeks to look around. We are staying southern Italy in Calabria. We will be using train because we purchased the globe passes. Anything special we need to be aware of when traveling by train?

we are coming from Ecuador where we now live 9 months out of the year and are thinking of moving to Italy.

we are coming to Italy in May and well be in the Reggio di Calabra area. Just wondering if any expat are located in the area.
