Beware! Sanctuary Belize has a lawsuit in process. Developer is in currency violation, and selling lots to people twice, so two owners, same lot! Development was suppose to be completed in 2014, it is at about 10% now and we were advised that there's no money available to finish the development! Millions missing! Ex-felon still involved, but developer hiding it. I'm worried I'll never have my little piece of paradise!

Are you the Bill who sold me my lot, I wish you would give me my money back, I don't even want to make a cent from it. I just want to get the hell out of that development!
