Thailand: Expats Facebook Group in Phayao:

Hi Everyone, I started an expats group for Phayao a few days ago. There currently is not much information available for foreigners in Phayao. The group is called 'Phayao Everything' and we already have a small following. https://www.facebook.com/groups/PhayaoEverything/ Phayao is a growing city with some big investors already showing interest and building in Phayao.
