Panama: Extension of 30day Visa.:

Please help. I am staying for 2 month in Chiriqui province and can not find an Immigratin Office in David. Hate to have to go back all the way to P.C. Can I just pay the fine at the border. I am leaving for 2 additional month in Costa Rica. But then I would have to re-enter to catch my return flight from P.C. Any suggestions anyone. Thanks Michele
