Italy: Moving to Milan in April.:
Zanzara72 - Perhaps the person speaks 3 languages -all of which are languages OTHER than Italian.
He/She may speak Spanish, German and English, or French, Portuguese and Swedish, etc.
Maybe she is learning Italian as the 4th languages.
Probably not good to assume that a person is outright lying, right off the bat. Maybe it's better to ask them first and find out all the details before accusing them of something like that.
Why don't you just ask them "What 3 languages do you speak?" and then go from there.
Italy: THE BEST WAY TO SELL MY HOUSE:
Hi Phillip,
May I ask where your house is and some details about it? My husband and I are looking to buy in Italy.
Thanks,

Italy: Getting Started:
Hi , My husband and I have just finished a search for a long term rental in Italy and I found a ton of sites that posted long term rentals. I found that even those that didn't say they rented long term, often did. You just have to ask. Also, the pricing on long term rentals is more reasonable in some cases, depending on the rental. Oftentimes, once they find out you want 3 months or more, the prices go down.
Here are just a few of the sites I found that were helpful. Let me know if you need or want more links and I will send them.
