Jamaica: Moving to JA - where do I start???:

Hi, Im in the UK and need to know how to find out about job opportunities in Jamaica. I graduate this year and before I get my teaching qualification Id like the live and work in Jamaica with a view of moving there permanently once Ive finished studying. My mother also wants to move out there but we are having trouble finding job vacancies and accomodation and are not altogether sure where to start. My mother has 20 years experience as a PA and project Administrator and is interested in working in most fields from Human Resources to IT. I havent had any luck so far a part from the odd random Job ad and so any help would be appreciated. We will probably be looking at moving to Mandeville initially but we are open minded about where we go. We also need information on renting accommodation; all that Ive found so far are advertisements for expensive holiday rentals such as Villas and Executive Condos but we need something a lot more practical i.e. a house with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and small living space  nothing fancy. If anyone can help with general or specific advice on where to find listings for jobs and homes to rent then please let me know. Thanks
