Belgium: American expat wanting to go back to study in US:

Hey everyone. I'm an american expat and I live in Charleroi, Belgium. At the age of ten I moved with my family to Belgium. I'm now 16, and have spent my teenage years here in Belgium, going to a belgian secondary school. As college is approaching, I've realised that I want to go back and study in the States. Do you know of the existence of any counseling programs and such that would help me? Thanks.
