Hi Cindy, I am Rocio. My husband is also being relocated to Luanda. I have been browsing internet to find out more infor about this place and there is very little info. I have only read some post that says life very expensive, housing hight cost, and few intl schools. Do you have more info? Please let me know. We are living in Dubai, before coming here we used to live in Baku! How is it going? Do you like it? Well, hope we can keep in contact and who knows maybe will be neighbours in luanda :) Bye!
