Namibia: residency and work permits:

Hi, I am prepareing to move to Namibia , possibly as early as july this year, initially i will be there temp basis ,travelling in and out within the tourist visa constaints. i need advice and websites suggestions for information on temp and permanent residency and temp work permits. the gov web sites i have located so far are not really helpfull. any help appreciated DAZ
