Haiti: Internet, WiFi, VOIP?:

Thinking ahead, I may be moving to Haiti later this year. Can anyone here tell me how difficult it would be to establish Internet connection with / or without wifi and VOIP? I would hope to be brining my laptop, which is set up for this kind of configuration. What about satellite connections? I don't currently use TV or Cable and don't anticipate having it there, unless there is absolutely no other choice. Unfortunately, I haven't a clue yet, what part of the country I'd be landing in so this is a very general question at the moment. Thanks. JMM
